Tickets On Sale Now

Tickets for the 2020 BetVictor World Championship of Ping Pong, which takes place at Alexandra Palace, London over the weekend of 25th-26th January are on sale now priced from just £18 per session.

The game that fell out of favour with the advent of super-spin inducing rubber bats years ago is returning to the mainstream thanks to a potent mixture of speed, power and old-fashioned skill courtesy of the technology-free sandpaper bats.

Now into its eighth year at the iconic Alexandra Palace, London, the World Championship is a throwback to the early days of table tennis and is catapulting ping pong into the big league and onto the international television stage.

The action is fast and furious, with the emphasis on speed, skill and shot-making – only the very best will see it through the Sunday night’s closing stages.

England’s Andrew Baggaley will be defending champion after beating China’s Wang Shibo in front of a packed crowd earlier this year.

Tickets for the World Championship of Ping Pong are priced at £18 per session for adults and £11 for children. Day tickets are priced £30, with concessions at £19 with season tickets priced £55 for adults and £35 for concessions.

Families can take advantage of the Family Season Ticket offer which is priced at £110 and gives admission to two adults and up to three children for all four sessions of play. Booking fees apply to all tickets.

For the first time, a premium ticket option is available which includes three hours of unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks plus two food bowls and priority entry to the arena. Premium tickets are priced at £60 per session for adults and £30 for under 18s.

The tournament will once again kick off with the double elimination group stage played over eight tables on Saturday afternoon (12:00-16:00). The knockout stage will commence on Saturday evening (17:30-2100) and continue on Sunday with another two sessions. The afternoon session will run from 12:00 until 15:30 before the evening session featuring the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final begins at 17:00, finishing at approximately 21:00.
